There's a square hole in the back of the tensioner. Stick a 3/8 ratchet/breaker bar into it to relieve the tension, and pull the belt off one of the pulleys. I can't remember but you may have to remove the tensioner to get the belt off of it, or possibly you can slip the belt past it sideways. I have done several swaps in different vehicles and this one took me 5 days working 3-4 hours a night. You have to pull half the motor apart to get it out. But it was well worth it the drop a stage 2.5 clutch and change my throwout bearing.If you live in a climate that doesnt corrode a car, it will last as long as you repair/maintain it. However, the useful life to where you're on the good side of the balance of cost to operate/repair the car is another story. Mar 21, 2021 · Check fuses, not visually but with a tester or meter. Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground. A battery voltage on 1 side and close to 0 on he other side is a blown fuse. eviljazz. The 2003 Tiburons (Specially made before April 1st 2002) had a pretty terrible finish on them. The paint used was also fairly chintzy. Granted I am missing paint on my driver and passenger door jams (at the bottom) there is zero rust on my car what so ever.
